Rochon Born at Torrance (a suburb of Los Angeles), is the daughter Zelma Staples. Her parents are Samuel Staples a graphic designer and businessman. Cerritos was her primary high school. The school graduated her in 1982. In 1986, she graduated from California State University Dominguez Hill (CSUDH) with the degree of Bachelor's in Broadcast Journalism. She also majored in Theatre and Sociology. Rochon has returned to CSUDH in 2016, was the keynote speaker for the College of Arts and Humanities' commencement ceremonies.

Heather Storm works as a journalist, host on television and producer. An enthusiast for cars, she was a series host of Garage Squad on Discovery's MotorTrend Network, Street Tuner Challenge on Speed TV and a guest on Jay Leno's Garage. Heather was producer and host of Drive Yourself Local. In this digital travel series she drives an old 1965 Ford Mustang on a journey across America, sharing small-town life. In addition, she has appeared in numerous movies and TV shows including Nightingale Epic Movie and Tosh

Ullerup's first role was that in the role of Julia Brynn on the remake television series of Battlestar Galactica in 2006, which aired on Sci Fi Channel. In the initial two seasons of Sanctuary Ullerup appeared as Ashley Magnus until the character was removed. Her departure sparked heated discussions among fans. Many wanted to bring the character back for a future episode, before the show was cancelled in 2012. Ullerup made an appearance on Chesapeake Shores as Bree O'Brien. Ullerup was chosen to play Maggie Thomas, Michael Thomas' estranged spouse, for Asteroid: Final Impact (2005). Ullerup's recurring role in Hallmark's Signed, Sealed, Delivered series has been Dale Travers since 2016.
